Roles
| Role | Access |
|---|
| Admin | Full access to all jobs, settings, API keys, billing, and team management |
| Member | Access to assigned jobs — can view candidates, add notes, and move stages |
| Interviewer | Can view candidates and leave feedback, but cannot move stages |
Inviting team members
Go to the Team page in the sidebar, then send an invite by email and select their role.
Job access
- Admins have access to every job automatically
- Members and Interviewers need to be explicitly granted access to specific jobs
For most early-stage teams (2–3 people), making everyone an Admin is the simplest approach.
