Loam’s sourcing lets you search for candidates across LinkedIn using plain English — describe who you’re looking for and Loam handles the rest. Go to Sourcing in the sidebar and type a description of the person you want to find. Be as specific as you like — role, location, experience level, company type, skills.
Sourcing search page with example queries
Example queries:
  • “Software Engineers in SF working at Series B companies, skilled in Python”
  • “Product Designers in London with 3+ years at top tech companies”
  • “Marketing Manager in Europe, German-speaking”
Loam parses your query into structured filters, searches LinkedIn via AI, and returns up to 30 matches. Each prospect is automatically enriched with a summary, location, and years of experience.
