Loam’s sourcing lets you search for candidates across LinkedIn using plain English — describe who you’re looking for and Loam handles the rest.
Start a search
Go to Sourcing in the sidebar and type a description of the person you want to find. Be as specific as you like — role, location, experience level, company type, skills.
Example queries:
- “Software Engineers in SF working at Series B companies, skilled in Python”
- “Product Designers in London with 3+ years at top tech companies”
- “Marketing Manager in Europe, German-speaking”
Loam parses your query into structured filters, searches LinkedIn via AI, and returns up to 30 matches. Each prospect is automatically enriched with a summary, location, and years of experience.
Review results
Results appear in a List or Table view. Each prospect shows a match score based on how closely they fit your search criteria.
Click any prospect to open a detail panel with their full profile — work history, education, and an AI-generated summary.

Edit and re-run

Your previous searches are saved in the sidebar. Click any search name to revisit its results.
