# Team Management

> Invite team members and manage roles.

Invite co-founders, team members, or hiring managers to collaborate on candidate reviews.

## Roles

| Role            | Access                                                                    |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**       | Full access to all jobs, settings, API keys, billing, and team management |
| **Member**      | Access to assigned jobs — can view candidates, add notes, and move stages |
| **Interviewer** | Can view candidates and leave feedback, but cannot move stages            |

## Inviting team members

Go to the **Team** page in the sidebar, then send an invite by email and select their role.

## Job access

* **Admins** have access to every job automatically
* **Members** and **Interviewers** need to be explicitly granted access to specific jobs

<Tip>
  For most early-stage teams (2–3 people), making everyone an Admin is the simplest approach.
