# Sharing & Collaboration

> Collaborate on candidate evaluations with your team.

Loam makes it easy to collaborate on candidate evaluations, even if the team is just you and a co-founder.

## Notes

The simplest way to share feedback — add notes on any application. Each note is visible to all team members, timestamped, and logged in the activity timeline.

## Roles

| Role            | Access                                                                    |
| --------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Admin**       | Full access to all jobs, settings, API keys, and team management          |
| **Member**      | Access to assigned jobs — can view candidates, add notes, and move stages |
| **Interviewer** | Can view candidates and leave feedback, but cannot move stages            |

## Activity timeline

Every action (stage changes, notes, feedback) is logged on each candidate's timeline, so your team always has context.
